Dener Press Brake
The DENER XL CNC model is a multi-axis press brake with a synchronized hydraulic system and 2D graphic programming unit. With its easy and functional 2D graphic control system, the parts to be bent can be drawn on the screen, and with the automatic bending step system, the CNC control unit calculates the fastest way to bend the parts. The 2D knife and die programming system allows operators to easily program tools and save them in memory.
When necessary, the graphics of the knives and dies can be viewed from memory and added to the bending program. With the Bending Correction function, automatic records are made in the database to always achieve the same quality bends, and the operator can add correction values to the desired bend. 3D or DXF part drawings are automatically stepped by the CNC, and the most suitable knife and die are selected from the tools in memory. Bending simulation is performed in 3D. This enables even the most difficult parts to be produced without long delays on the machine.
